About LDV
Our commitment to transparency and mutual benefit ensures that our goals align perfectly with those of our clients, always working from the same side of the table.
Our Foundation
LDV Oil & Gas Consulting was founded in 2010 with a clear mission: to help oil and gas operators maximize their returns on hydrocarbons. Today, we represent over 140 independent operators across 12 states, consistently securing the best possible market prices for our clients’ crude oil and gas.

Our Value Proposition
Many operators lack the resources to monitor and analyze market trends and pricing data daily. Our agency model, managing over 275,000 barrels per day, aligns our interests directly with those of our clients, ensuring transparency and a concerted effort to enhance revenue. We provide a suite of tools and proprietary software to keep our clients’ pricing competitive and offer essential market insights.
Client-Centric Approach
Our strategies include negotiating bulk trade agreements to leverage economies of scale, utilizing advanced mapping technologies to optimize logistics, and providing real-time market analysis. This approach has consistently resulted in significantly higher returns for our clients compared to direct negotiations with purchasers.
Transparent Fee Structure
Operating on a flat fee basis allows our clients to budget effectively without the concern of variable costs. This structure ensures that every increase in revenue directly benefits our clients and their stakeholders.
Commitment to Success
LDV is dedicated to your success. Join us and let us help you navigate the complexities of the market and maximize your profits.
